RETURNS

If your watch has not yet been dispatched, you may request a full refund at any time.

If you’re not happy with your watch when it arrives, you have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to return it and ask for a refund or exchange.

To do so, email us at watches@octaneandlock.com and we will provide you with a link to fill out a form detailing your return.

All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and in an unused condition. Should the watch or its strap be returned damaged, we reserve the right to issue only a partial refund in order to replace any damaged components.

In the case of an exchange, the replacement product will be sent once the returned item has been received by Octane & Lock.

WARRANTY

If your watch does not seem to be operating as expected for any reason, please do reach out to us at watches@octaneandlock.com and we will be in contact with assistance.

With our manufacturing and servicing partner Horologium, we offer a 2-year warranty that is valid from the date of receiving your order. This covers any form of mechanical fault and we will arrange a service or repair free of charge.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, wear and tear or non-observance of the directions provided by Octane & Lock.
