RETURNS
At Octane & Lock, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving any item you’ve ordered to request a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Plus, it must be sent back in the original packaging.
To start a return, email us at watches@octaneandlock.com and we will provide you with details of what to do. Please note, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of the return and the insurance of the returned item in transit.
In the case of an exchange, the replacement product will be sent once the returned item has been received by Octane & Lock.
If 14 days have gone by since your watch was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
WARRANTY
If your watch does not seem to be operating as expected for any reason, please reach out to us at watches@octaneandlock.com and we will be in contact with assistance.
With our assembly and servicing partner, we offer a 2-year warranty that is valid from the date of receiving your order. This covers any form of mechanical fault and we will arrange a service or repair free of charge.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, wear and tear or non-observance of the directions provided by Octane & Lock.
