FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
No. While elements of the Newport Pagnell’s design were inspired by the DB5, Octane & Lock is in no way associated with – or supported by – Aston Martin or any of its affiliates.
Produced in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, the SW510 BH a movement offers the precision and robust engineering associated with Swiss watchmaking. But, unlike some rivals, Sellita makes replacement parts readily available, ensuring that – if you wish – you can use an independent watchmaker for servicing and repairs.
Octane & Lock watches are assembled in Cambridge, England by the experts at Loupe Works so we can ensure strict control over quality and support British craftsmanship. Each timepiece is hand-assembled by a single watchmaker, before being precisely regulated and tested.
We are currently taking pre-orders. Then when that window ends and we order the parts needed to fulfil those orders, it will be six months before we receive the movements from Sellita and we can begin assembly. This will be followed by regulation, testing and shipping, with the first customers getting their watches by March 2027.
